Overview
At Angalamman Arts Crafts and Interiors, we take pride in the craftsmanship of every piece that leaves our shop. Because wood is a natural, living material, we have specific guidelines to ensure fair returns for both our customers and our craftsmen.
Our return policy lasts 15 days from the date of delivery. If 15 days have passed since your order arrived, we unfortunately cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility & Condition
To be eligible for a return, your woodwork or DIY product must be:
- Unused and Unmodified: The item must not have been sanded, stained, drilled, or fastened.
- Original Condition: It must be in the same condition as when it left our workshop.
- Original Packaging: Protective wrapping and boxing must be intact to prevent warping or moisture damage during transit.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned due to the nature of custom carpentry:
- Custom Commissions: Any furniture or decor built to specific dimensions or personalized with engravings.
- Cut-to-Size Lumber: Timber that has been milled or cut to your specific project requirements.
- Consumables: Opened wood glue, finishes, stains, or wood fillers (hazardous/flammable materials).
- Digital Plans: Downloadable woodworking blueprints or DIY build guides.
- Gift Cards.
Completing Your Return
To process your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us directly before shipping—do not send your purchase back to the lumber mill or original manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain scenarios, only a partial refund may be granted (at our discretion):
- Assembly Kits: Any DIY kit with obvious signs of use or partial assembly.
- Physical Books/Media: Woodworking manuals or DVDs with obvious signs of wear.
- Missing Parts: Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing hardware for reasons not due to our error.
- Late Returns: Any item returned more than 30 days after the initial delivery date.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@infoangalammanwoods-com and send your item to physical address mentioned in the contact us
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Location mentioned in Contact Us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
